From First Meeting to First Lesson
Inquiries to the first lesson: In order to provide the fruitful lesson from the very beginning, ECS regards the first step as very important. We sincerely support all the students though consultations, suggestions and trial lessons. Please let us know if you have any specific requests, questions, concerns etc.
STEP 1
Initial Inquiry
We answer any and all questions you may have about ECS and how we work. Please feel free to ask our staff about anything – no question will be left unanswered.
STEP 2
ECS System and Policy Discussion
We explain our system and policies with you as well as the differences between the courses we offer and the contents of our lessons. Please tell us your study goals and your desired schedule. We discuss and address any other questions or concerns you may have.
STEP 3
Course Suggestion Based on Your Individual Needs
- We won’t waste your precious time and money. We will figure out the type of lessons that will help you achieve your goals most efficiently. Then we will select the perfect teacher that can create customized lessons for you.
- We also take teacher-student compatibility very seriously. Our goal is that you will have the best teacher for your needs so that your lessons will be the most efficient under the optimal conditions.
STEP 4
Free Trial Lesson
The student then attends a free trial lesson based on the requested content and schedule. (We are currently accepting applications.)
After the free trial lesson, we welcome comments on the student’s experience – the content of the lesson, the student’s impression of the teacher, whether the student has any additional concerns or requests. We then proceed based on the student’s feedback.
STEP 5
Enrollment – Lessons Begin!
After the student has decided to enroll with us, we reconfirm the desired lesson dates and times, and the lessons finally begin.
Even after lessons begin, ECS remains adaptable to the student’s needs – please don’t hesitate to ask. If, for example, the student wishes to change the content of the lessons, or even change teachers, we will do everything we can to accommodate the student’s requests. In particular, we are aware that it is difficult to determine student/teacher compatibility before the lessons start and that sometimes change is necessary. Please do not hesitate to share your opinions with us.
