From First Meeting to First Lesson
Inquiries to the first lesson: In order to provide the fruitful lesson from the very beginning, ECS regards the first step as very important. We sincerely support all the students though consultations, suggestions and trial lessons. Please let us know if you have any specific requests, questions, concerns etc.

Initial Inquiry and Orientation Appointment
We answer any and all questions you may have about ECS and how we work. Please feel free to ask our staff about anything – no question will be left unanswered. To make an appointment for an orientation:

Orientation
We will explain ECS’s service system, policies, and the content and features of the lesson plan you’re interested in. Please let us know your learning goals and preferred schedule. We are here to consult with you personally to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Selecting The Ideal Instructor to Provide the Best Possible Lessons
To ensure that each student makes the most of every lesson, we begin by identifying the optimal type of lesson for each individual. We believe that customized lessons tailored to each person’s level and goals are the most efficient path to mastering English. The most essential part of this process is selecting the right instructor. At ECS, we take great care to match each student with the perfect teacher from our diverse faculty, thoroughly considering each person’s needs and preferences.

Free Trial Lesson
Based on your desired lesson content and preferred schedule, we first offer a free trial lesson (reservations available anytime). Experience the friendly atmosphere and teaching style of our experienced instructors. After the trial lesson, please feel free to share any feedback on the lesson content or instructor, or any additional lesson requests, with our staff.
STEP 5
Enrollment – Lessons Begin!
Once you decide to join, we will reconfirm your lesson schedule, and your lessons will officially begin. The ECS staff will continue to support you after lessons start, so please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. For example, if you would like to adjust lesson content, frequency, or change instructors, we will accommodate your requests as much as possible. We fully understand that compatibility with an instructor may only become clear after lessons begin, so please don’t hesitate to share your feedback or requests.
